How does a wind solar hybrid street light work?

During the day the solar module and the wind turbine both feed an MPPT hybrid controller, which charges a Grade A LiFePO4 battery bank. After dusk the controller switches the battery to power the LED luminaire, and the turbine can continue to top up the battery through the night whenever the wind picks up. The controller manages charge, discharge and protection automatically, giving dusk-to-dawn autonomy across several consecutive rainy or windless days.
