The MPPT hybrid controller features a continuous bypass output (12V/24V/POE) that keeps CCTV cameras active day and night, during charging and discharging. Unlike basic solar controllers where the load output shuts off during daytime charging, this architecture ensures zero surveillance downtime — critical for government security installations, remote site monitoring, and crime-prone public areas.
Intelligent discharge logic prioritizes essential functions during low-battery events. The controller maintains 100% power to lighting and security while automatically shedding the LED advertising screen — ensuring that municipal safety obligations are met before commercial display functions. When battery state-of-charge recovers above the threshold, the screen reactivates automatically without manual intervention.
Every pole is structurally re-calculated per project for the combined wind load of the turbine, solar panels, CCTV bracket, and LED screens. The EA-N80W uses a Φ165mm reinforced pole with thicker wall gauge to support the additional weight and wind profile of dual-sided displays. Hot-dip galvanization ensures 15+ years of corrosion protection in coastal and high-humidity environments.

The MPPT hybrid controller includes a dedicated continuous bypass circuit separate from the main lighting load. The CCTV camera receives uninterrupted 12V/24V/POE power regardless of whether the system is charging from solar/wind, discharging to the LED, or in low-battery protection mode. During extreme low-battery events, the controller sheds the LED screen first (EA-N80W), then dims the lighting — but never cuts CCTV power. This architecture is specifically designed for government and security applications where surveillance uptime is non-negotiable.
